Zen with Nina

Zen with Nina offers Yoga Therapy, Reiki, Stand Up Paddle (SUP), Meditation, Sound Healing and various Yoga Services. This small, woman owned and operated business, on the shoreline of Edgewater, Maryland, offers unique custom oriented private and semi-private classes by appointment. Yoga Therapy and Yoga are offered virtually and in person; other services are offered in person. Outdoor services, such as SUP or Yoga are weather dependent. Indoor services, such as Reiki, Sound Healing or (indoor) Yoga are held at our tranquil in-home studio, just steps away from the Maryland shoreline.
