XL Construction is an SBA Certified 8(a) and HUBZone General Contractor, performing construction contracts in the mid-Atlantic region. The majority of the company’s contracts are with federal and state government agencies. The core specialty is Design-Build projects, in which XL’s team collaborates with established Architectural and Engineering firms to develop client solutions for design, specifications and then construction of the project, from start to completion. Additional company certifications are with the Maryland and District of Columbia Departments of Transportation (MDOT and DDOT), as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).
