Hi, I'm Wrenn Skidmore (she/her), LCSW-C, and I'm a therapist in Laurel, Maryland. I help teens and millennials who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma related symptoms, and life transitions. I have a special interest in working with female identified people using a variety of approaches including EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy.
