Topcurl Beauty Academy is a State Approved private career school with MD Higher Education Commission and MD State Board of Cosmetologist. Our programs include Cosmetology (1500 clock hours), Nail Technology (250 clock hours), Esthetics (600 clock hours) and Makeup Artistry (40 clock hours). We offer part-time evenings for the working adult busy work schedule and daytime classes.
