The DENIM Collection is a collection of essential social support and clinical services, such as access to healthy and nutritious foods to combat hunger and food insecurity (DENIM Cupboard) and comprehensive care services that address the whole person (case management, behavioral and mental health), that will result in real change and be a positive community impact for Black MSM and transgender women.
