I am a Licensed Professional Counselor operating a private practice in St. Mary's County (Leonardtown, Maryland) since 2012. I have more than 30 years of experience helping adults, young adults and children of all ages with a variety of challenges, including: anxiety, trauma, grief, ADHD, impulsivity, depression, self-esteem and making life adjustments. I find great enjoyment and satisfaction in helping adults and young people overcome challenges and move toward realizing their full potential.
