SITY Stars Academy (SSA) serves youth in the DC Metropolitan area by providing safe training in the sport of jump rope. SSA promotes social development, physical fitness and inspires healthy living and proper nutrition. SSA specializes in teaching athletes how to perform and compete in the sport of jump rope while developing character, integrity, and leadership qualities. SSA instructs with a proven curriculum that blends music, athleticism and dance.
