Our Mission The mission of Optimum Care & Community Development Inc. is to improve the quality of life of the residents in Maryland in general. This will be achieved by providing high quality programs and services to assist individuals to get out vicious cycle of poverty and become effective contributing members of the society. Our Vision Optimum Care & Community Development Inc. envisions to be known as a provider of choice in group and individualized support to communities in various Maryland Counties and assisting those individuals and groups to be fully integrated in their various communities, thereby becoming contributing members of those communities.
