Dr. Gregory Fey is a psychiatrist in Annapolis, MD, where he has a private practice--a mix of medication management and psychotherapy. He received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 1993. He served 9 years as a psychiatrist in the US Air Force.
