G&M Services, LLC is a union specialty trade contractor providing support services to the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection trades, as well as directly for general contractors. Our specialties include concrete cutting, concrete core-drilling, firestopping, curtainwall firesafing and sealant, air barriers, insulation, 3D laser scanning, and BIM coordination services. Founded in 1999, our certifications include being FM 4991 Approved, UL Qualified Firestop Contractor, ABAA Accredited Contractor, and Certified Environmentally Responsible Contractor (CERC). We are licensed, bonded, and insured in Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Georgia.
