Elevated Wellness Clinic

At Elevated Wellness Clinic, we deliver reliable behavioral health services tailored for clients ages 5+. The program aims to provide all residents of Maryland with the necessary tools and resources to thrive inside the classroom and professional and social settings, while adequately addressing pressing concerns related to mental health and substance use by Maryland’s most vulnerable population. Our program stems from our four fundamental services: An Outpatient Mental Health Center that provides therapy and medication management. An Intensive Outpatient Program for Substance Use Disorder (IOP – SUD). And a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program for Adults and Minors (PRP-A/M), emphasizing skill building and individualized case management.
