Offering: — Private Personal Training — Semi Private Training- limited space in my preset groups of up to 4 people at a time or form your own group/times. — Bootcamp Comprehensive Group Training which includes: • The Monday Mash Up- an equal parts strength & conditioning workout. • Tabata Tuesday-a functional movement conditioning session. • Weight Training Wednesdays- all weight lifting all day! The key to a toned physique! • The Thursday Mix- functional training using stations. So FUN! • The Friday FLEX - strength training, cardio and stretching HIIT sessions. • Saturday - choose a strength & conditioning HIIT workout OR a weight lifting session.
