The leadership team at Connected Communities are active members of the local community. We understand the unique challenges faced by our community members. Our owners have a 30 plus-year history working in the community directly with people in need. Our services are grounded in the understanding that people need help to develop the right skills to get beyond their circumstances. We refuse to allow addiction, mental health issues, or incarceration to prevent our members from achieving greatness.
