CHNC provides home care solutions to families and their loved ones in the comfort of their own home. Highly trained and licensed Registered Nurses (RN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's), Home Health Aides, Physical and Occupational Therapists are ready to provide quality care. CHNC participates in Maryland's Personal Care Services for: Community First Choice (CFC), Community Options Waiver (CO) & Community Personal Assistance Services (CPAS) participants.
