California Farmer's Market

The California Farmers Market is a St. Mary's County, MD, "producer-only" market, which means that all vegetables, fruits, meats and value-added products sold at the market are required to be grown, raised and made by the farmers/vendors selling at this market. In addition, all products sold at the market are local, meaning they are from Southern Maryland, primarily St. Mary's County Farms. This market is open Saturdays, from the end of April through the third Saturday in November, 9 AM - 1 PM. The market offers a mix of local and certified organic vegetables and fruits, and beef, pork and poultry (sometimes lamb and goat), as well as, honey, beer, hard cider, baked goods, freshly-made juice mixes, goat milk soap, and more.
