Bark Barbecue Cafe

That Time in Austin. Our love and appreciation for barbecue started where it starts for most others, in Austin, Texas. We have spent the last seven years dedicating our time and energy to learning how to create the Central Texas barbecue experience right here in our home state of Maryland. A passion to cook in our backyard with friends has become something we enjoy doing for our entire community. We were not sure where this barbecue journey would take us. At first, we enjoyed sharing our food through pop-ups and catering. In December of 2021, we opened our very first brick and mortar, Bark Barbecue Cafe on Kent Island, Maryland.
