Athletic Republic Capitol Region in D.C. offers sports performance training for student athletes and recreational sports facility. We focus on building Athletes' Speed, Power, Agility, Strength, and Stamina. Our small group classes keep our attendee to trainer ratio small, allowing us to introduce personalized modifications to increase/decrease exercise intensity for each individual. Our personal training programs offer the ultimate, customized experiences. For student athletes, we offer age-appropriate, sports performance training to help them gain not only strength, stability, and speed, but the confidence to succeed in competition.
