Ami Bhavsar-Cohn, CRNP, is a family medicine nurse practitioner at MedStar Health Primary Care at Great Mills. Her areas of clinical interest include anxiety/depression, chronic disease diagnosis and management (hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia), men’s health, pediatrics ages 2 and older, preventive care and wellness, and women’s health (annual exams, menopause, birth control). “My philosophy of care has always been centered around putting my patients and their families first.
