Al-Pen Construction is a locally owned and operated firm. It was started in 1968 serving Annapolis, Edgewater, Eastport and the surrounding communities in Anne Arundel County for 55 years. We offer custom design services and take pride in all we do. Today’s technology helps us to offer you a real life like look at the project from start to finish. this way can visualize the outcome. Each project is particularly important to me because we realize the importance of it to you. We have completed many projects in the city of Annapolis, historical district and Eastport. We are remarkably familiar with the county and city building codes. These include the Planning and Zoning and the Health Dept.
